Wally Walrus grabs the hungry Woody Woodpecker and pulls him through a window in Shamus Culhane’s “Ski For Two” for Walter Lantz. The force leaves a turkey leg spinning in mid-air. But Woody zips back in to finish it off. Here are four consecutive drawings on twos. I love how the body catches up to the multiple eyes.

Don Williams and Grim Natwick get the animation credits. Bugs Hardaway is Woody and Jack Mather plays Wally.
